PCTSA History

Explore the growth and defining moments of PCTSA's history
The PCTSA chapter was founded in 2015 by a group of five middle school students who entered the innovation and inventions challenge at the Florida state conference. Since then, our chapter has grown exponentially; from only five students in 2015, the PCTSA chapter is proud to have expanded to 108 high school and 70 middle school students in 2020. Students in both middle and high school can utilize their STEM knowledge and apply it at both the state and national levels. Through these TSA competitions, students have gained valuable expertise in a wide range of skills, applying them to their everyday lives. After countless hours of hard work and dedication each and every year, PCTSA is honored to have been awarded fifty-two medals at the state level, as well as three at national conferences.
